DELIVERY POLICY

• At Wears Zone we are committed to deliver the Product(s) in good condition, so we ship our Product(s) through renowned and reputed couriers.
• We are committed to deliver our product(s) within 5 (five) working days after order is confirmed in terms of outside Dhaka City.
• We are committed to deliver our Product(s) within 3 (three) working days after order is confirmed in terms of inside Dhaka.
• We deliver each order only to a single destination as specified in the purchase order.
• Some exceptional cases delivery may be multiple in respect of multiple items of single order/invoice without imposing extra delivery charge.
• Delivery cost inside Dhaka is of Tk. 70/- and outside Dhaka is of Tk. 130/- will be borne by the customer.

EXCHANGE POLICY

• Customers can exchange his/her purchased item in fresh/unused/saleable condition within 2 (Two) days after receiving the same.
• An exchange can be done for once with the product(s) of the same and/or higher value subject to payment of the price difference.
• Customers can only exchange his/her item with an online purchase invoice & original shoe box and packaging.
• Customers can exchange his/her purchased items through Wears Zone own retail outlet under the terms of this Exchange Policy.
• Delivery cost in terms of exchange under the terms of this Exchange Policy will be borne by the Customer.

ORDER POLICY

• Customers can place his/her order for available items only.
• Customer will get a confirmation message after placing his/her order.
• Customer can make payment against his/her order through online payment or Cash on Delivery (COD)
• After an order is confirmed, no customer can cancel his/her order.
• Wears Zone reserves the right to cancel any order through notification.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will not be process if total order value is more than BDT 15000.
